Tristan is definitely the most friendly and actually helpful IT person we have had the pleasure of dealing with. He charges very fair rates for the quality of service he provides. He "always" goes above and beyond to help you out and you will quickly sense that he genuinely cares about getting you back on track as fast as possible and properly the first time. We have tried many different smaller type IT Companys in the past and TF Consulting is clearly a leader in the field. He will even visit our office on a weekend in a crisis without hesistation and usually gets to our office before we do. I was very impressed when I replied to your ad that you were very prompt in returning my call and willing to take the time to meet with me in person to understand my computer needs / complaints and provide me with a free quote.
Not knowing anything about your company background or you, I quickly noticed when we met that you could be trusted and would provide us with fair prices and honest service. I thank you for taking the extra time, at no additional charge, to fix other problems on the two computers that were not part of the quote you provided, and also for setting up the business computer with the backup program to protect my entire business in case of a computer break down. No matter how trivial the issue might be, it gets taken care of fast and we are back in action with as little grief as possible. Thank you to Tristan for his unparalled service. Not only does he actually fix our computer related issues fast, but he is extremely affordable considering the VERY high level of service and attention he gives to our office. None of the big Tech Support places even come close to this kind of personal attention that TF Consulting Computer Services provides...and we have tried many of them. It's nice to have someone remember your name when they visit, respect you, and not treat you like an idiot because you aren't a computer genious. Since having our office computers maintained on a monthly basis with this service, it has proven that paying a small monthly fee to get all our machines checked out regularly is saving us tons of money. For several years now, we have only called an IT company for help when we had problems, which then added up to many large bills because we didn't maintain our machines regularly. Go ahead and try not changing the oil in your car for several years and see what happens. Tristan has helped us see that computers are much the same way. Since TF Consulting Computer Services has been helping us out, our Tech Support bills are much smaller, our down time is way less, and our office is running smoothly ever since. We don't have the time to deal with computer/network issues and just need our PC's to run as expected. We love that he can usually visit within 24 hours compared to other places that make you wait days or even weeks and tell you, "We can't give you an exact time but we should be there sometime between 8:00AM and 4:00PM." Who are they kidding? What a joke. That's the last thing we want to hear when our entire business is down, as it costs us money, and sometimes lots of it. We highly recommend TF Consulting Computer Services to any office/business in need of someone who knows what they're doing and actually cares about helping you out, someone who isn't super expensive, and just gets the job done right for you. I connected with Tristan by referral from my daughter and through her business. Tristan swiftly responded to my cry for help..and I mean that literally! I had been hacked and our computers had been compromised. We wanted everything cleaned and checked on our computers, as well as installing a very secure anti-virus system. Tristan took every measure to make sure this happened. He was very professional at all times, explaining what he was doing, and the reasoning for it. No question was too small. He was always there to help.
We then needed him to install a new printer and connect both computers to it. He did this, and again walked out the procedure with me. I have regained my own security knowing that things are working well. I also have learned from Tristan’s tutoring, which he did excellently, and at reasonable rates. I am happily back again on the computers, and have left the bad experiences behind.
Tristan cares about his customers, as well their computers. You can have confidence in his work. He is a person of excellence, and can be counted on . His friendly and positive manner are what you need when facing a problem!
