EARNINGS
I will agree with my customers independently and in advance on the basis for my fees. They will be reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the quality of services I deliver and the responsibility I accept.
Payment for my services is required immediately upon job completion, before I leave your site.
A person with cheque signing and work granting permission authority must be present the entire time while I do work for you.
A call out fee applies to every business customer service call.
A minimum 1 hour labor charge applies.
I will make it my moral imperative to maintain a profitable business as part of my responsibilities to your company and mine.
I will listen to customer complaints about price, being mindful of the honest value received by the customer, and my right to an ethical profit.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
I will be a good corporate citizen.
I will contribute to the protection of the environment by disposing of electronic related hardware waste in an appropriate manner. It will be a beneficial method and not destructive or damaging to the environment, regardless of cost, by taking it to an appropriate disposal facility.
